Janecky replaced all of our old polybutylene (Poly B) water pipes in our home, (a major project) and we are very happy with their remarkable work. Tim and his crew were honest, hardworking professionals who went above and beyond. What is most important to us, is Janecky's honesty. Within an hour and a half of calling/texting someone showed up on site to start replacing our commercial water heater. We had a quote within the first 30 minutes of contact. I have a close friend who is a master plumber and they actually quoted us under what he thought they would to replace it. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. This company operates with integrity and respect. They will be our first call next time and we highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

Above and beyond expectations. Our realtor gave us one day in order to get our hot water heater inspected to align with inspection findings. Another larger plumbing service cancelled on us day of. Janecky was put into a similar situation where they were busier than expected. Dave Mezzenga of Janecky Plumbing installed my water heater a few years back, did a great job, so I called Janecky again when I needed help with a leaky shut off valve and hose spigots that I could not get the hoses off of. Dave also said that one of the valves I was worried about didn't need replacement, saving me hundreds of dollars. Dave is a GREAT plumber, treats me like I like to be treated, does excellent work, and I simply won't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs, cuz I gotta guy in Dave that I trust explicitly. Water heater broke. It was time, over 20 years old. But happened on a Friday and Janecky was here first thing Monday morning. When I called around contractors on Friday, Janecky was empathetic to not having hot water, promised the quickest turnaround time (Monday morning) and had the most competitive pricing. My wife and I were excited with the value; best pricing and most urgency. Dave was super easy to work with and straight to the point. We had a garbage disposal whose motor had failed. Within 2 days, Janecky was able to arrive and replace the unit. Janecky was the plumbing contractor when we remodeled our kitchen, and we have used them for plumbing services since then. Andrew was on the crew for the remodel and has been the technician each time we've needed help. He's been very helpful, given us good information about what to do in the future, and has been a pleasure to work with. We're pleased with the service and our on-going relationship.

Have used their services multiple times for simple issues with my boiler and water heater. Staff were always prompt, kind, and educated me on my setup and maintenance. I have a boiler from the 50's and was able to learn quite a bit about my setup, and how best to maintain my water levels in my radiator. Will always be my first call for any questions and issues.

I reached out to Janecky recently to diagnose a low water pressure issue. Andrew was very informative over the phone and helped me diagnose the issue. He was patient answering my questions. I also had to reschedule a few times and he stayed professional throughout. Even though they did not come out to perform a service, I wanted to share the positive customer service experience I had. I will certainly consider them in the future.
