We had an emergency water heater replacement done by Janecky. Arriving within two hours from our initial call, the new unit was quickly installed. While doing the system check it was discovered the exhaust draw was insufficient. The Janecky crew would not leave with the system not functioning safely. They diagnosed the problem, determining the vent pipe had been incorrectly modified last summer during an unrelated job by another company. After correctly adjusting the vent on the roof, all is well. Shawn, Charlie and Tim went above and beyond our expectations for someone able to handle future needs. I’ve found them and will recommend Janecky to others.

Excellent experience!!!! I contacted their office, got an immediate response to my call, and had an appointment for a two hour window, for my non-emergency issue, within two days of my initial call. Nate showed up just a few minutes after the start of the service window, and was done within an hour. He was pleasant, professional, skilled, and cleaned up the water in the area even more thoroughly than before he’d arrived. There were no crazy upcharges, no haggling about a price, just a problem solved! It’s an approach I very much appreciate when it comes to services in my home! I will definitely use Janecky Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

Efficient and professional. I highly recommend Janecky. In 2008 they resolved a plumbing problem within 20 minutes of being onsite – a problem another local plumber could not fix despite making 4 failed attempts. Just used Janecky again (Oct 2016) for a new water heater with install, another great customer service experience. Use them, you will be impressed!
